Applicable Guidelines for Teen Social and Emotional Health Curriculm Standards
The State of New Jersey health education curricula requires that students be educated on Health, Safety, and Physical Education (N.J.S.A.18A:35) requires that all students in grades 1 through 12 participate in at least two and one-half hours of health, safety, and physical education in each school week. For our high school students, we have decided to incorporate a lesson plan related to Intimate partner Violence Among Teens.
